To

Values
Ed Vallorani, owner and CEO of Avanti Improvement Solutions, LLC is committed to enabling organizations to implement positive change through a strong reliance on the following values:
Integrity
This is the most important attribute any
person or organization can value. Being open and honest in all dealings
with all customers, business associates and others influencing your business are key
actions for delivering exceptional customer service. Honoring the
commitments I make is very important to me. I am proud of, and I
truly value, the integrity and credibility I have built over more than 30 years in the business world, and I would do nothing to jeopardize
that reputation.

A Passion for the Customer
To serve the customer is why we are
all in business. I get excited about opportunities that allow me to
analyze data to understand the needs, wants and
expectations of internal as well as external customers.
It allows me to put people and processes in place to ensure that expectations are met and exceeded. My commitment is to
exceed your expectations by enabling you to exceed your customers’
expectations.

Insisting on Quality
We must put quality in everything we do. It means
“doing it right the first time” and applies to making a product,
providing a service or working a process. It means ensuring that all
processes used to make a product or provide a service are simple and as
free from the possibility of error as possible. It means removing the
non-value-added activities from each process so that resources can be
used on activities that do add value.
This type of mindset has
always been second nature to me. Throughout my life, I have
looked for ways to accomplish things more easily, more quickly and more
effectively. I approach everything I do in this way, which is why
quality management felt so natural to me when I began working in this
discipline more than 18 years ago.

Taking Action
Developing plans and processes that address and
correct real issues is very motivating to me, but my real
excitement comes from taking the action to implement positive change.
Once the planning
and analysis are through, I can’t wait to
dig in and get started.

Delivering Results
The results are the most important element of any
project. While analyzing, planning and implementing are fun, the
biggest satisfaction comes from seeing people embrace positive change,
and seeing improvement in the key measures. There is no substitute
for success.
